Overview

Crafts by Carly is a custom laser engraving business creating personalized drinkware and accessories. After several years of steady growth through Instagram, demand was strong — but every order was handled manually through DMs. As the business scaled, a structured system was needed to reduce workload, improve the customer experience, and support continued growth.
