ABOUT BRIDGE & BLOOM CREATIVE

Strategy Before Design. People Before Pages.

Behind every website is a business trying to communicate something important. My role isn’t to assume the solution. It’s to understand the problem first, then recommend the path that makes the most sense.

Whether that leads to a website assessment, a strategic rebuild, or simply a few thoughtful changes, my goal is always the same: to help your website better reflect the quality of the business behind it.

ABOUT MEG

The Person Behind Bridge & Bloom Creative

I don’t think websites fail because businesses aren’t good at what they do. I think they struggle because there’s often a gap between the quality of the business and what the website communicates. That’s the gap I’m interested in.

I’ve realized that most underperforming websites aren’t suffering from bad design. They’re suffering from something much quieter: Visitors aren’t sure who the business is for. They’re asked to make decisions before they’ve built confidence. Important information is there, but it arrives in the wrong order. Nothing feels obviously broken, yet something isn’t working. Those are the problems I love solving.

Before starting Bridge & Bloom, I spent years in customer success helping businesses untangle complex problems, improve processes, and understand where things were breaking down. Website strategy became a natural extension of that work because it brings together analytical thinking, communication, user experience, and strategy. Today, I partner with growing service-based businesses whose websites no longer reflect the quality of what they do. My role isn’t simply to design something that looks better. It’s to help businesses communicate more clearly, build trust more intentionally, and create websites that genuinely support their growth.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my husband and two boys, coaching or playing soccer, or navigating life as the parent of a child with complex support needs. That experience has profoundly shaped how I think about trust, clarity, and the way people search for support online.

WHO I WORK WITH

Good Businesses Deserve Websites That Say So.

Some are starting fresh. Others have a site that hasn’t kept up with where the business has gone. And some manage their own site and are mostly happy with it, but want to know if there’s something being missed before they keep investing time into it.

Whatever the situation, the signs tend to look similar:

  • Visitors hesitate or leave early
  • Services aren’t clearly explained
  • The website feels less established than the business actually is
  • There’s uncertainty about sending people the link
  • Key details aren’t easy to find

When any of these show up, it’s time for an honest outside read.

MY PROCESS

What Guides My Work

Websites work best when their structure, messaging, and foundation are intentional, whether that means starting from scratch, rebuilding, or improving what’s already there.
