Small Business Branding Kit

Created a branded marketing toolkit to help Epic Kidz better support their national provider partners and boost family engagement. This included brochures designed to help therapists and service providers understand the product benefits, confidently recommend the equipment, and walk families through the process of ordering. I led all content writing, layout, and design — blending therapeutic messaging with clear calls-to-action. The result? Consistent, brand-aligned materials that supported sales and simplified conversations with new families.
educational parent handout
Transformed a raw Word document into a parent-friendly, visually engaging handout for an in-home support provider. The original content — rich with insight — was restructured into a clean, printable guide families could actually use. I focused on approachability, hierarchy, and layout to help parents understand the why and how of everyday skill-building. The final handout is now used as a universal resource for all incoming clients, helping educate families on how to build communication, confidence, and independence through everyday routines.

Built out a full AFU onboarding system for a sensory equipment brand — from vendor registration to order workflows. I mapped out the end-to-end process in Trello, tracked project tasks, created fillable quote templates, and coordinated with families and therapists to ensure smooth approvals. This setup allowed the business to begin offering direct billing — a game-changer for families who rely on BC’s Autism Funding Unit. Within the first quarter of launching, this workflow enabled over $20,000 in funded sales from clients who may not have otherwise ordered due to upfront cost barriers.

(Coming soon)
Currently designing a clean, modern website to showcase Sweets and Her Treats and bring the brand online. The project includes domain setup, website design, and managed hosting — giving the business a professional online presence without the tech overwhelm. I’m leading both the visual design and technical setup, ensuring the site reflects the brand and is easy for customers to navigate. The site is set to launch soon, but here’s a preview of the landing page design.
