Overview

Crafts by Carly creates custom laser-engraved drinkware for customers across Canada. After years of growing through Instagram, demand was strong, but every order relied on manual conversations through direct messages. Customers needed help choosing products, requesting designs, confirming pricing, and finalizing orders, creating an overwhelming amount of repetitive work. The goal wasn’t simply to build an online store. It was to create a system that allowed customers to order independently while giving the business room to continue growing.
